32 Weeks: Baby Crockett 2

How big is the baby this week: Caleb is the size of a squash!

Due Date:
 May 8, 2014

Weight Gain: Up 1 lb this week.

Symptoms: I think I "popped" again.  Even the hubs admitted that my belly is pretty darn large.  Can't believe I still have 8 weeks left.  Also can't believe that my dr says I'm still measuring "right on track" as my belly is CLEARLY bigger than it was with E and she was measuring way ahead at this point. The lovely blue veins have made their reappearance all over my belly, and boobs. Dr. said the tingling and numbness in my hand and arms, and the nearly passing out this week was due to low blood sugar.  Said I need to be eating between 6-8 times a day.  Kind of interesting with a toddler.  Heartburn is a daily occurrence, and my hands and legs get very hot and tight feeling.  Not sure if that's swelling or dry skin.  Waking up sore.  All over.

Cravings: All the food.

Aversions: Nadda.

Sleep: It's ok until I have to use the bathroom.  Then Caleb wakes up and keeps me up for quite awhile.  Basically, I'm tired a lot and can't sleep.

I am loving: Foot rubs.  Anytime the hubs will give them, which isn't super often:(

I miss: Being more comfortable.

I am looking forward to: Finishing up the nursery.

I'm spazzing about: At my 32 weeks appointment I spoke with my dr about the fact that I'm due May 8, and E's birthday is May 4.  I really don't want to be IN the hospital on Emersyn's birthday.  I'm betting she wouldn't really notice, but the idea really bothers me.  Dr said if everything looks favorable we could do an elective induction May 1.  Thankful we don't have to decide anything right now because I'm really going back and forth on this idea.

Best thing about this week: Emersyn's transition to her big girl bed has gone SO WELL!  Huge answer to prayer and gives me one less thing to worry about with Caleb on the way.

Milestones: Assembled our double stroller.  Wasn't really necessary this early, but I got the urge to put it together, so I did.  E was very excited, and since the weather wasn't great, we made several laps around the house.

Movement: Can be painful.  But still incredibly thankful for a healthy babe.

It's a...: Boy!
