Nursery progress

Now that our showers are all done, I've been spending a lot of time organizing and decorating Emersyn's nursery (time I should be spending writing thank you notes). It's still not done, we need bedding and curtains and that darn bookcase, and of course when we move we'll probably add a rug and paint, but here is what it looks like so far...

The view when you walk in and the wreath on her door that her Auntie Jeni made.

Her dresser and the shelves her daddy made- the teal frame needs to get hung in the center, and then the thumbprint tree will probably find a home on the bookcase- it's from all of our showers.

Here's a closeup of the quilt Emersyn's Great Grandma made for her, and the first look at how the fabrics I chose will look in the room. I LOVE this quilt, and I'm shocked she got it done so fast- we just gave her the fabric like 2 weeks ago and she wasn't even sure it would be done before E was here, so I was surprised and thrilled to open it at our shower. Finally, Emersyn's closet- and there are MORE clothes in her dresser. She is going to be so stylish!
